Rescue crews from the Coast Guard along with the Grand Isle Police Department are looking for a 25-year-old man who was last seen fishing on the beach in Jefferson Parish. They say Larkeis Durell is described as being 5’8″ and he was wearing a camouflage hat and purple and white shirt.
