Governor Bobby Jindal has bowed out of the 2016 presidential race. The governor said in a statement that it was an honor to run for the presidency, but this is not his time. Jindal’s campaign had a difficult time gaining support in a Republican field that contained over a dozen candidates. Governor Jindal will hold a press conference at 11:30 this morning at the Governor’s Mansion.
