Governor Bobby Jindal’s latest presidential campaign fundraising report shows he raised less than $600,000 in the third quarter and has only $261,000 on hand. LSU Political Science Professor Robert Hogan says Jindal’s recent surge of support in Iowa might make it possible for him to go back to some people who have donated money in the past…
