The victim is identified as 64-year-old Ronnie Carter. The suspect, 21-year-old Adam Carter is charged with manslaughter.

Two Shreveport woman are facing identity theft charges, for allegedly stealing from USAA Bank customers. Shreveport PD’s Angie Wilhite, between the two, they face 175 counts of identity theft…:
