A violent weekend in New Orleans. NOPD says there was a one murder, three armed robberies and four armed carjackings. Police are investigating all these incidents. Crime in the Crescent City continues to increase.

A state Department of Transportation employee is dead and so is the man who authorities say attacked him during a bizarre incident on Interstate 10 in Port Allen just before noon yesterday. State Police Trooper Christian Reed says West Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff Deputies were the first to respond..:
