Governor Jindal has signed into law what is known as the revenge porn bill. The measure by Kenner Representative Julie Stokes makes it a crime to share an explicit photo of someone without their permission on the intent to cause harm. Jindal says this is a blatant disregard for personal privacy and the number of people affected by this is shocking.

The 65th Annual Louisiana Peach Festival begins today in Ruston and there are plans to set a Guinness World Record for the largest peach cobbler.
