The Louisiana House has approved a major tax reform proposal. House Ways and Means Chairman Stuart Bishop explains what the legislation would do…

That means individual income tax rates would be lowered, but Louisiana taxpayers would no longer be able to deduct federal tax payments on their state income tax returns. The legislation still needs Senate and voter approval.
