Veterans in southwest Louisiana have a new facility for medical care. The Lake Charles VA Community Outpatient Clinic recently opened a 24-thousand-square-foot office. A Jefferson Parish man is behind bars after he allegedly stole a car from a Union Parish convenience store with a one-year-old in the back seat. Louisiana has earned an A-Plus in a National Small Business Survey. It’s an improvement from the C-plus grade the state got in 2016.
