US Representative Vance McAllister has reportedly put his chief of staff on temporary leave after being booked with a DWI. Adam Terry was arrested in Richland Parish. The arrest affidavit says Terry was stopped near Rayville, smelled of alcohol and did not perform well on a sobriety test. He also refused a breathalyzer test. McAllister says if Terry gets the help he needs and fulfills his court requirements, he will be given a second chance in his office.
