State lawmakers have been given another reason to hold a veto session next month as the governor has vetoed a second-high profile bill from the 2021 legislative session. The governor has used his authority to block a bill that would allow those 21 and older to carry a concealed handgun without a permit. He’s also vetoed an anti-transgender bill.
