A Friday night high school football game between the Oberlin Tigers and Centerville Bulldogs was canceled at halftime following a fight involving members of Oberlin’s coaching staff. According to Oberlin Police Chief Grady Haynes, head coach Robert Etheridge and assistant coach Jaden Brasseaux got into an argument on the sidelines before halftime, then exchanged punches in the locker room, where a desk was also overturned. The incident occurred during Oberlin’s Homecoming festivities. Centerville was declared the winner, 36-6.
