Former LSU pitcher Lloyd Peever is one of 21 members of the College Baseball Hall of Fame Class of 2026. Peever was the National Player of the Year in 1992 when he posted a 14-and-0 record with a 1.98 ERA. He becomes the fifth former Tiger in player or coach to join the Hall.

The Saints announced running back Mark Ingram and offensive tackle Terron Armstead as the 2026 inductees to the Saints Hall of Fame. The pair helped define a dominant era in Saints football. Ingram is the franchise’s second-leading rusher and Armstead cemented himself as a top NFL tackle during nine years with the black and gold. Ingram says he remembers being drafted in 2011.

The details of Cam Jordan’s contract with the Saints were released today. The deal has a base value of 7.5-million-dollars with 3.5-million available in sack incentives.

The Protect College Sports Act passed through the Senate Commerce Committee and can now head to the Senate floor. The bipartisan bill provides antitrust exemptions to the NCAA to enforce nationwide regulations on revenue sharing, N-I-L deals and the college transfer portal.
