An LSU student alleges she was raped by an LSU football player last October, and now the East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney’s Office is investigating. In two TikTok posts, Kendall Danielle describes the alleged sexual assault and her interactions with LSU’s Title IX Office and LSU Police after she reported it.
Danielle says LSU initially suspended the football player from campus for one year, but allowed him to return this fall. She also claims LSU Police did not conduct a thorough investigation.

LSU President Wade Rousse says it was handled professionally and that LSU followed its policies, procedures and best practices. He says LSU will cooperate fully with the D-A’s investigation.
It’s unknown who Danielle is alleging committed the rape and it’s not known if he’s still on the football team.
With diesel prices at record highs, Governor Jeff Landry is calling for a 90-day halt to U.S. diesel exports to bring prices down. But Louisiana Mid-Continent Oil and Gas Association President Tommy Faucheux says domestic pipelines are already operating at capacity, so refineries would have limited options for moving additional diesel.
Faucheux says the long-term solution to lower diesel prices is for the wars involving Iran and Russia and Ukraine to end, easing pressure on the global fuel supply.
