The indictment has intensified tensions between New Orleans officials and state leaders in Baton Rouge. Mayor Helena Moreno has requested a meeting with Governor Jeff Landry, but the governor says that won’t happen until questions surrounding the indictment are answered.

The Alexandria man accused of killing U-S Marshal Drew Hanson last month could face the death penalty. 48-year-old Clarence Frazier has been indicted on five charges, including murder of a federal agent. Western District U-S Marshal Brian Barber says he has no doubt that a jury will convict Frazier on all five counts…
