According to ESPN, LSU defensive end Princewill Umanmielen was served papers today related to the lawsuit filed by Ole Miss alleging that Umanmielen and LSU offensive lineman Devin Harper owe the school close to a million dollars for a breach of contract. Ole Miss says the two signed a revenue sharing contract with them in January, then left for LSU and have not paid a buyout that Ole Miss believes they owe.
The city of Oxford is preparing to welcome hundreds of thousands of college football fans for Saturday’s the top-10 matchup between LSU and Ole Miss. Executive director of Visit Oxford, Kinney Ferris says the city could surpass it’s standing record for most visitors ever.

The 86-hundred students LSU-Alexandria welcomed this fall represents the largest enrollment in university history and a nearly 12-percent increase from last year. LSUA Chancellor Dr. Elizabeth Beard says that the university offers a personal and impactful education.
Online enrollment grew over 10-percent while dual enrollment saw a 45 percent jump.
