Louisiana Tech officials announce that J.C. Love Field at Pat Patterson Park will remain at its current location as they rebuild following the tornado that destroyed a number of athletic facilities in April. The school decided the baseball field will remain at the historical location due to its unique setting. A timetable has not been set on construction.

Isabella Alvarez, a senior from New Orleans was a lifeguard on duty that day, says she will never forget that fateful day.
