A New Orleans judge is allowing a lawsuit over the controversial no-call in the NFC title game to move forward. And State Civil District Court Judge Nicole Sheppard also ruled that the plaintiff Tony LeMon can request documents and even question NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.

Congressmen Garret Graves and Cedric Richmond are co-authoring legislation for Louisiana to receive a greater share of offshore oil revenues. Graves says the legislation could result in 80 to 150-million dollars more in state revenues, which would go towards coastal restoration and flood protection. Graves says coastal land loss is an emergency and it’s either pay now or pay more later…
