An LSU student alleges she was raped by a football player, and the East Baton Rouge District Attorney’s Office is investigating her allegation. Jeff Palermo has more.

State Police arrest 32 people over the weekend in response to increased criminal activity in Ouachita and Morehouse parishes. State Trooper Ryan Davis says most of them were fugitives.
A Kenner business owner is facing felony charges for allegedly recording people inside the bathroom of his business. According to his LinkedIn profile, 57-year-old Henry Rios owns a sign and banner shop called ETC NOLA. Kenner Deputy Police Chief Mark McCormick is urging businesses which have done work with Rios to thoroughly inspect their workplaces.

The Louisiana Mid-Continent Oil and Gas Association says Governor Landry’s plan to rein in diesel prices by suspending exports for 90 days will only have the opposite effect. President Tommy Faucheux says with diesel pipelines already operating at capacity, halting exports will only cause a chain reaction series of events which will ultimately raise not only diesel prices, but also gasoline prices.
