A pall of sadness hovered over one of the most festive areas in in the world until it was reopened yesterday afternoon. Andrew Greenstein talked with people passing by Bourbon Street prior to its reopening.

University Medical Center says it treated 26 patients following the terrorism attack and 16 remain hospitalized, including eight that are in intensive care. The FBI says Shamsud-Din Jabbar acted alone.
