Louisiana lawmakers will begin a three-month long legislative session on Monday and one of the bills filed would give judges the ability to order a vasectomy for a convicted sex offender. New Orleans Representative Delisha Boyd says she’s filed the legislation, because Louisiana’s abortion ban does not have exceptions for rape and incest. Nikki Haley’s decision to suspend her campaign following Super Tuesday locked up the Republican nomination for Donald Trump.
