Bossier City Police arrest a 30-year-old Demetrius McCoy for first-degree murder in the shooting and vehicle crash that claimed the life of 29-year old Hannah Sheffield on April 10th. Bossier City Police spokesperson Traci Ponder says McCoy is charged with first-degree murder because Sheffield was not his intended target.
Bond is set at $1.2 million.
