About 15-percent of all registered voters in Louisiana are on the inactive voter list. They have either not voted in the last ten years or they’ve had mail addressed to them returned. Trey Williams with the Secretary of State’s Office says once added to that list, the clock starts running for them towards being removed from the voter roll altogether.
