Boise State transfer Ty Benefield is expected to be a difference maker in LSU’s defensive secondary. A couple rule changes for college football. Offensive pass interference will be a ten-yard penalty instead of 15-yards. A player ejected for targeting in the second half, no longer has to sit out the first half of the next game.
