A 69 year old Opelousas man is dead after police say he was attacked by two dogs early yesterday morning. Authorities say Horace Brooks was walking down South Court Street just after midnight when Kimberly Faulk arrived home with her dogs. Authorities say Faulk’s been charged with negligent homicide.
