The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office announces 11 inmates have been arrested for using the bible to make cigarettes. Sheriff Charles Guillory says the inmates tore pages from the bible, rolled up the pieces of paper and then soaked them with chemicals and other substances and managed to light the Bible paper and then smoked them.
