Cassidy says the five-thousand-dollar dividend will actually cost Americans more money, because it will increase the U-S national debt, which is at 40-trillion dollars.

 

One of the main issues in the sixth district congressional race is who lives where? Baton Rouge Senator Rick Edmonds says a complaint has been filed with the attorney general’s office against one of his opponents that claims New Iberia senator Blake Miguez’s primary residence is no longer in Senate District 22 which he represents in the Louisiana Legislature. Edmonds says Miguez is telling voters in the sixth district congressional race he lives in Baton Rouge, which is more than an hour away from District 22…

Miguez’s campaign says its Edmonds who is lying about where he lives. They say Edmonds lives in Mississippi near a church where he preaches. Edmonds says that’s false and he has lived in Baton Rouge for decades and travels to that church every Sunday.
