The National Hurricane Center says a tropical depression or storm could form in the Gulf later this week and threaten the northern Gulf coast. National Weather Service Meteorologist Donald Jones says it’s hard to predict how much development we’ll see from this disturbance, but a wet weekend is possible.

The latest spaghetti model runs show the potential storm passing just to the east of New Orleans as either a tropical storm or possibly our first hurricane of the season.
There are four data centers being built in Louisiana. During an appearance on Fox Business, Governor Jeff Landry called the construction of these data centers and others around the country the next American Renaissance.

Saints fans didn’t sleep well last night after watching the Atlanta Falcons dominate the Black and Gold 45 to 24 in a game that celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Saints return to the Dome following Hurricane Katrina. New Orleans is now 1-and-3 and will host 4-and-0 Minnesota this Sunday at noon.
