Jonesboro Representative Jack MacFarland wrote the law and says feral hogs will eat anything and have negative impacts on farmland as well as other wildlife and adds this measure could help reduce auto insurance rates.

For the third day in a row, the state reports under 2,000 new COVID cases, and the number of COVID patients declined for a third consecutive day. At his coronavirus briefing, Governor Edwards said this is a positive sign.
