Because of Trump’s influence, the governor believes  his re-election win was more impressive than when he defeated Republican David Vitter in 2015….

If you are a Netflix subscriber, get ready for another price hike. The streaming giant increased prices on its plans by nearly 11 percent in an effort to crack down on password sharing. General Informatics Senior Customer Success Manager Haggai Davis says subscribership increased to 8.8 million driven by its move to start charging an extra fee.

Neighbors are in shock after an overnight fire allegedly intentionally set by their father, took the life of three young children. New Orleans Police arrested the children’s father, 29-year-old Joseph Washington. Authorities earlier found the accused’s car in the Mississippi River near Gretna. The incident is being called a domestic violence situation and is currently being investigated as a triple homicide. According to investigators, the mother of the three children called 911 five minutes before midnight stating that their father intended to burn the house down. Shortly afterward, another call came in about a house fire at that location.

An official vote will take place when a new Senate is sworn in on January 8th. But the Advocate’s Tyler Bridges says the Senate has already come to an agreement and Cameron Henry will be their Senate President…

A tragic story out of New Orleans. 3 Children have died and their father is suspected of intentionally starting the fire that took their lives. According to investigators, the mother of the three children who was on her way to the residence called 911 stating their father intended to burn the house down. Moments later a fire at the America Street residence was reported. The children were 3, 5, and 8 years old.
