The LSU football team will travel to College Station as they take on the number five ranked Texas A&M Aggies tonight at 6:00.  The Tigers are looking to get above .500 for the first time this season.  The LSU defense will certainly need to bring their A-game because A&M has the most experienced quarterback in the conference in Kellen Mond, and a strong running game led by Isaiah Spiller. If LSU pulls out a victory, it will be their second straight win.  The 7-1 Ragin Cajuns will take on the 0-8 ULM Warhawks on the road today.  Quarterback Jeremy Hunt will get his first start for the Warhawks since former starter Colby Suits opted out for the remainder of the season.

The Saints are set to play Denver on Sunday, but the Broncos closed their practice facility today after one player and two staff members tested positive for COVID-19. As of now, the game is still set to be played. Coach Sean Payton says it’s business as usual for them.

A heroic home health worker dies in a Delphi home fire while trying to save her 71-year-old paraplegic patient.  When the fire broke out 64-year-old Gwendolyn Theus attempted to wheel her patient out of the house.  When that failed, she dragged the patient out of bed and was trying to pass her through a window to the neighbor.  The patient is expected to make a full recovery.  Fire Marshal spokesperson Ashley Rodrigue says, Theus put her patient’s life before her own when she could’ve saved herself.
