ESPN reports the Pelicans and All-Star forward Brandon Ingram have agreed to a five-year 158-million dollar contract, which assures the 23-year-old will be a major building block as New Orleans tries to become a championship contender. The Pels have also signed newly acquired seven-footer Steven Adams to a two-year contract extension worth 35-million dollars.
