It was October 28th when Hurricane Zeta struck southeast Louisiana, knocking out power to approximately half a million customers in the state. Power has been restored to most of the area and now less than 10-thousand customers remain without power. Governor John Bel Edwards thanked utility crews for their hard work and offered encouraging news.
