Voters will have the opportunity to legalize sports betting in their parish. There’s a question on today’s statewide ballot that asks if sports wagering should permitted in your parish. Public Affairs Research Council President Robert Travis Scott says if a majority of voters in a parish vote yes, you will not be able to place legal bets immediately…
