The Louisiana House has approved a bill that would allow a student who has been prescribed medical marijuana the ability to take the drug at school if its administered by a school nurse. Shreveport Representative Thomas Pressly says schools are drug-free zones, but the bill’s author Larry Bagley says the treatment is not illegal…
