The Saints won a wild game last night in what could be Drew Brees’ final Monday night game. The Chargers built a 20-3 lead, but the Black and Gold tied it in the fourth quarter and had to tie it again with less than a minute to play. Los Angeles could have won it in regulation, but Michael Badgley hit the up right on a 50-yard field goal try.
In overtime, Saints kicker Will Lutz booted a 36-yard field and the game ended when Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore tackled Michael Williams shy of the first down marker on fourth down. The Saints head into the bye week with a 3-2 record and Coach Sean Payton says they have time to clean up some mistakes…

LSU’s defense has not played well in its two losses this season, but in both of those defeats, the Tigers failed to get the ground game going. The Bayou Bengals only rushed for 49 yards against Missouri. But Coach Ed Orgeron also points to the fact they are averaging 39 points a game…

Louisiana Tech left tackle Willie Allen has put his name into the NCAA transfer portal. Allen announced his move on his Twitter Page and the announcement comes two weeks after his decision to opt-out of the 2020 season.
