Hurricane Delta is a major hurricane, Category 3 storm, as it approaches southwest Louisiana this morning. Landfall is expected tonight in eastern Cameron Parish. Governor John Bel Edwards is keeping the current Phase Three coronavirus public health restrictions in place until November 6th. That includes the statewide mask mandate.
