Tropical Storm Delta is getting better organized and strengthening in the northwestern Caribbean Sea and is expected to become a hurricane on Tuesday. National Weather Service New Orleans meteorologist Kevin Gilmore says the storm appears to be on track for a Friday morning landfall.

Also, the school says ticketholders will no longer need to complete a CDC wellness check before entering Tiger Stadium.
