Tropical Storm Delta has formed over the northwestern Caribbean Sea and it’s expected to strengthen into a hurricane when it enters the Gulf of Mexico on Wednesday morning. Delta could be a Category Two hurricane and a landfall is expected Friday anywhere from the Louisiana-Texas line to the Florida panhandle.
