State lawmakers could call themselves into a special session next week as there’s frustration over Governor John Bel Edwards Phase 3 order that restricts how many businesses can operate. But LA-politics-dot-com publisher Jeremy Alford says the votes might not be there to overturn any of the governor’s coronavirus restrictions…
