The Saints have signed defensive ends T-J Carter and Anthony Lanier the Second along with linebacker Wynton McManis. McManis played the last three seasons in the Canadian Football League. Lanier was with the Chargers last season, while Carter is an undrafted free agent out of Kentucky.
