Edwards says according to the federal guidance the state has received, up to 87-thousand individuals who receive less than 100-dollars a week in state unemployment and those who are out of work not because of the pandemic are ineligible for this extra funding.

Two former LSU students have told USA Today that former Tigers running back Derrius Guice raped them in 2016 when the Baton Rouge native was a freshman.
