The deputy US Marshal who was killed apparently by a murder suspect during an investigation yesterday morning in Baton Rouge was reportedly expecting a baby with his wife. 27-year-old Josie Wells and the suspect, 31-year-old Jamie Croom exchanged gunfire and both died. East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner, Dr. Beau Clark, says the death of Wells is unfortunate as he was just doing his job trying to keep the public safe…:

Authorities were attempting to arrest Croom for a double murder that took place last month in Pointe Coupee Parish.

Authorities are expected to release additional details about the seven Marines and four Louisiana National Guard soldiers that were in a helicopter that crashed over water on the Florida Panhandle in heavy fog. Officials say all board are presumed dead. It’s also being reported that human remains have been found but the 11 soldiers have not yet been identified.

The 7-year-old little girl who was caught on video crying at the news Jimmy Graham had been traded to Seattle has gone viral. Lexie Woods mother, Ashely-Ann says her daughter was born in New Orleans and is a huge Saints fan and Graham her favorite player. Mom says her young Who Dat loyal is feeling better today…:
