Louisiana High School Athletic Association executive director Eddie Bonine has told schools they can begin seven-on-seven scrimmages on Monday even though the state is in phase two. The players can wear helmets, but no pads as there will be no contact, and groups of 25 will be allowed. But Bonine says the state will need to get into Phase Three and establish a positive trend as it relates to the virus to move into full contact, scrimmages, jamboree, and then games.
