The Governor’s Office of Homeland Security is monitoring another round of possible dangerous winter weather conditions across mostly north Louisiana Wednesday night. The National Weather Service says we could see sleet in these areas, icy roads and possible snow as frozen temperatures are expected after and during some of the rain that’s moving through.

The Shreveport Police Department is looking for a second suspect in a deadly home invasion. Corporal Marcus Hines says the other suspect was shot by the homeowner. He says they blieve the two men entered the home wearing masks and one of them was armed with a semi-automatic rifle…:

Hines says they think the motive for the shooting was drug related. The case remains under investigation.

The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s office says a 14-year-old student from HL Bourgeois High is under arrest accused of threatening to blow up the school two times. They say administrators got an email Monday morning which said a bomb had been placed in the school and was going to go off during the day. The same thing happened last Tuesday. The emails were traced to the teen juvenile who was charged with two counts of false communication of a bomb threat.
