Louisiana school systems receive a 260-million-dollar coronavirus relief grant from the feds, with guidance on how to use the funds coming from The Louisiana Department of Education. The Louisiana Lottery has come up with a way for players to redeem cash prizes between $5,000 and $600 since lottery offices are closed.
