Today, the U-S Supreme Court heard arguments on whether a 2014 Louisiana law should go into effect that requires abortion doctors to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals. A federal appeals court in New Orleans ruled in favor of the law. Loyola University Law Professor Dane Ciolino says the Supreme Court could affirm that ruling, but not overturn Roe versus Wade all together…
