A Beauregard Parish man has been arrested for his fourth DWI after causing a crash that involved a 5 day-old baby on Highway 171 in Moss Bluff. Even though no one was injured in the crash, State Police say that 27 year-old Colby K. Hebert tested 5 times the legal limit for blood alcohol content.
