The State Bond Commission has given permission to Ragin Cajun Facilities to sell bonds to help upgrade the Cajundome in Lafayette. Officials say those upgrades are expected to cost around $16.7 million dollars. For basketball, the new improvements will increase seating from 11,200 seats up to 12 thousand.
