Authorities have identified the three people killed in yesterday’s small plane crash in Jackson Parish. Robert Gilliam of Minden was the pilot and his passengers were Chris Mudd and Wade Williams, both from Shreveport-Bossier. The single-engine Cessna was heading from Jackson, Mississippi to Shreveport when it crashed north of Chatham.
