A Texas woman is arrested in Bossier Parish, accused of stealing an ambulance from Dallas.  The chase began when Louisiana State Police intitiated a traffic stop near the Texas border. Trooper Brent Hardy says  the one tool 19-year-old Kendall Tyson probably could have used to cut through the traffic was not used during the pursuit.

Tyson is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, aggravated flight, resisting by false information, misrepresentation during booking, DWI, and driving without a license.

New Orleans native and former LSU Tiger Tyrann Mathieu is a Super Bowl champion today as he helped Kansas City beat San Francisco 31-20 in last night’s Super Bowl in Miami. Mathieu is anxious to defend their title, having taken home the trophy in KC for the first time in five decades.
